Tryout details for the 2026-2027 club season

Important items for tryouts
1. USAV Membership (click here) - a current paper or digital copy of USAV membership must be presented at check in. 
2. A Notarized USAV Medical Waiver (click here) - The form MUST be completed/notarized and handed in at check in.  PEVC will have a notary present at check-in for tryouts for your convenience.
3. Register for Tryouts (click here) - Players must play in their age group OR may optionally play up in the age group associated with their school grade. (see below)


AGE DEFINITION:
By USAV rule, an athlete's tryout age is their age at the end of the season, defined as June 30, 2027.   For example, if an athlete is 13 now, but will turn 14 on or before June 30, she will try out for a 14U. When you sign into your parent profile, the circled number displayed with your athlete's name is the correct age eligibility for the upcoming season. Athlete's may try out for an older age group if it falls in line with thier grade level. Example, if an athlete is 14U by USAV age definition but the athlete is in 9th grade, then that athlete would be able to try out with 15U which aligns with 9th graders.


TRYOUT SCHEDULE: 

BOYS (all age groups) Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of tryouts to allow us to process your paperwork and get your athlete checked in.

     Boys Tryouts: November 3, 2026 (one day only)
                   13U-17U 5:00 - 7:00 PM
                    

GIRLS TRYOUTS: Athletes must attend all days of tryouts for their age group.  Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of tryouts to allow us to process your paperwork and get your athlete checked in.

11U and younger (still age 11 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 5th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 1 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM

12U (still age 12 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 6th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 1 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM

13U (still age 13 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 7th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 1 & 2, 4:30 - 6:00 PM 

14U (still age 14 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 8th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 1 & 2, 7:00 - 8:30 PM

15U (still age 15 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 9th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 4 & 5 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM

16U (still age 16 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 10th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 1 & 2 from 7:30 - 9:00 PM

17U (still age 17 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 11th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 1 & 2 from 7:30 - 9:00 PM

18U (still age 18 or younger on June 30, 2027 OR 12th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 3 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM
