Tryout details for the 2024-2025 club season

Important items for tryouts
1. USAV Membership (click here) - a current paper or digital copy of USAV membership must be presented at check in. 
2. A Notarized USAV Medical Waiver (click here) - The form MUST be completed/notarized and handed in at check in.  PEVC will have a notary present at check-in for tryouts for your convenience.
3. Register for Tryouts (click here) - Players must play in their age group OR may optionally play up in the age group associated with their school grade. (see below)


AGE DEFINITION:
By USAV rule, an athlete's tryout age is their age at the end of the season, defined as June 30, 2025.   For example, if an athlete is 13 now, but will turn 14 on or before June 30, she will try out for a 14's team. When you sign into your parent profile, the circled number displayed with your athlete's name is the correct age eligibility for the upcoming season. With the club's permission, athletes may sometimes tryout for an older team but are prevented by USAV rule from trying out for a younger team. 


TRYOUT SCHEDULE: 

BOYS (all age groups) Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of tryouts to allow us to process your paperwork and get your athlete checked in.

     Boys Tryouts: October 20, 2024 (one day only)
                   12U-14U 2:00 - 4:00 PM
                   16U-18U 4:30 - 6:30 PM  

GIRLS TRYOUTS: Athletes must attend all days of tryouts for their age group.  Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of tryouts to allow us to process your paperwork and get your athlete checked in.

11U and younger (still age 11 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 5th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 3 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm

12U (still age 12 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 6th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 3 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm

13U (still age 13 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 7th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 2, 9:30 - 11:00 AM and November 3, 3:30pm to 5:00pm

14U (still age 14 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 8th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 2, 8:00 - 9:30 AM and November 3, 5:30pm to 7:30pm

15U (still age 15 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 9th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 4 & 5 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm

16U (still age 16 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 10th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 6 & 7 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm

17U (still age 17 or younger on June 30, 2025 OR 11th Grade)
     Tryouts: November 6 & 7 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
