About our camps and programs
Our training is designed for players who are young and new to the sport, as well as advanced players looking for an opportunity to train and improve skills. Summer camps are a great way to tune up for school tryouts, while our fall training programs provide a great opportunity to train with like-minded athletes before club season tryouts in the late fall. Our training programs are open to any school-age athlete (male and female), regardless of club or school affiliation.
2nd - 5th Grade:
Grassroots training is for athletes who are young or new to the game of volleyball. The focus of this training is to teach the fundamental skills in a fun environment. Athletes will work on passing, serving, and hitting, with some exposure to game-like situations.
Fall Team Training
Fall Team Training will be for athletes wanting to improve the fundamental skills in volleyball as well as learn team concepts. This is a great way to prepare for club season tryouts. Athletes will be challenged, so come ready to learn!
