Spectator Entry Fee

• $10 per day  
• Cash or Venmo accepted at all locations

Tournament Vendors (Foley Event Center)

• Tournament Gear sold on site Saturday and Sunday
• Sno Balls
• KENDRA SCOTT  10:00 - 4:00 on Saturday Only

FACILITY RULES

• Foley Event Center
  • Park in designated parking spots only. **VEHICLES BLOCKING ACCESS TO FIRE HYDRANTS WILL BE TOWED**
  • Concessions available 
  • No food or drinks allowed in court area. (Sealed water bottles for athletes; NO RED SPORTS DRINK)
  • Seating provided; No outside chairs allowed. *Share your chair* to allow spectators of teams playing to sit court side
  • Outside food permitted but must remain in designated eating areas in entry lobby and upper mezzanine only

   

• AGC Sports Center

  • No outside food or drinks allowed

  • Concession provided on site at Beach Bumz Cafe and food purchased is allowed near the courts in spectator seating areas

  • FREE LIVE STREAMING available at AGC Sports Center https://fan.hudl.com/agcsc

  • No outside chairs

   

• Elberta High School

  • Seating provided (mobility walkers and scooters allowed) No outside folding chairs allowed

  • Concession available both days

  • Snacks are welcome in the spectator seating area

  • Please remain in the gym and gym lobby area. Other indoor areas of the school are off limits. 

  • Please no ball handling in the gym lobby area
     

     

ROSTERS

• Rosters need to be uploaded by 12:00 PM on Friday, March 27
• Please let us know if any approved age waiver athletes need to be added by tournament admin

VOLLEYSTATION SCORING

• VolleyStation app will be used for all scorekeeping
  • Scoring devices will be provided at the Foley Event Center
  • Please have a device available for courts at AGC Sports Center and Elberta High

TOURNAMENT FORMAT AND AWARDS

• All teams will play best of 3 sets; some 3 team pools will have crossover matches/bracket immediately following pool play on Saturday
• All teams will be guaranteed 2 matches on Sunday with bracket or pool play
• Gold bracket champions and runner-up will receive medals
• Silver bracket/pool champions will receive medals
• GOLD BRACKETS FOR SOME DIVISIONS WILL PLAY OUT OVER 6-8 HOURS DUE TO THE LARGE SIZE OF DIVISIONS. PLEASE PREPARE AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY
• ALL ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE TOURNAMENT BAG TAGS

Team Check-In and Lodging Form

• Team Check-in will be at each location to verify and sign rosters
• Athletes not verified at Check-in and not in VolleyStation will not be allowed to participate
• Rostered Staff members will receive a plastic wrist band for weekend entry (maximum of 3 per team)
• Athlete Bag Tags will be provided for all rostered and validated athletes
• Lodging Form will be sent electronically and must be filled out for each individual team
