TOURNAMENT GEAR WILL BE SOLD AT THE FOLEY EVENT CENTER.
YOU CAN VIEW AND ORDER GEAR ONLINE HERE
All coaches will check-in before starting pool play at each location with a signed roster and an accommodation form. Only rostered coaches and chaperones will receive an entry wristband for the weekend.
Accommodation form needs to be filled out for hotels and number of nights stayed. Form attached.
Coaches and spectators should check back to AES for any schedule changes.
Hospitality Room for coaches will be available at the Foley Event Center.
TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
All teams will participate in pool play on Saturday- 2 out of 3 sets with the deciding 3rd set to 15 points.
There are a few pools of 3 teams that will play 3 sets to 25
All ties in pools will be broken with Set % first, then Point % next.
Guaranteed 2 matches minimum on Sunday
Gold brackets Champion and Runner-up will receive medals.
Silver brackets Champions will receive medals.
Tickets will be sold at the door for $10 per day

FACILITY GUIDELINES - FOLEY EVENT CENTER
- Food and drink (non water) may be consumed outside the facility or in the upper mezzanines- NOT ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR- If you choose to eat in the mezzanine, please clean up your own trash.
- Food tables are not allowed outside or inside the facility.
- No red drink is allowed inside facility at any time.
- We will have a monitor stationed at the floor prevent food onto the court area as well as court monitors to help enforce the policy. Please help us by not trying to sneak food onto the floor.
- Please help us keep the facility clean.
- No outside chairs are allowed in the facility.
- Please take a seat around the court where your daughter is playing. Please do not take a seat if your daughter is officiating.
- Dogs are not allowed inside the facility unless it is a service dog. A service dog is specially trained to perform a specific task for people with disabilities.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the facility.
- Parking on concrete only- do not park in the grass.
Elberta Middle School Campus Policies:
Players & Spectators may have clear liquids in gym, all containers must have tops that stay firmly in place.
Outside chairs are not allowed...ample seating is provided.
Cafeteria tables will be staged in the gym lobby for teams to eat snacks when not reffing or playing.
Concession stand will be open from 9 AM-5 PM each day serving hot and cold foods and snacks. Outside pavilion has picnic tables and teams with no duties are encouraged to gather there.
Spectators with Mobility access needs, pathways will be created for seating with a vantage view of the playing courts.
Coaches are asked to ensure that their teams are good stewards of the building and bench areas and clean up after themselves during the day and after play.
