Grassroots Training: Session 2 (Feb-April 2027)
Tuesday, February 16, 2027 - Friday, April 23, 2027
from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Tues/Thurs plus tournaments (dates: tba). No practices during spring break March 16-20.
Panhandle Elite Grassroots Programming for 2026-2027: Session 2
Grassroots training is for athletes 12 and under who are young or new to the game of volleyball. The focus of this training is to teach the fundamental skills in a fun environment. No tryout needed, players will be placed with other athletes of the same age and skill. Open to both girls and boys!
Practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 - 5:00pm beginning February 16, 2027 and will run through April 23, 2027. You can register separately for Session 1, which is from December 1, 2026 - February 11, 2027. No practices during spring break March 22-26.
What’s Included
• Two (1.5 hour) Practices per week (February 16 - April 23)
• Two one-day tournaments against other clubs with Grassroots programs
• PEVC T-shirt

IMPORTANT ITEMS FOR REGISTRATION - If your athlete is new to grassroots, arrive early on first day February 16, and bring these items with you (players returning from session 1 do not need to bring these items again):
1. USAV Membership (8U - Free; 10U - $25; 12U Developmental Membership - $50)
2. USAV Medical Release Form (notarized)
