Fall Training - Grassroots

Grassroots is dedicated to our younger athletes. This level of training is perfect for kids ages 8-12 who have little or no volleyball experience. In grassroots we focus on the basic fundamentals of volleyball including passing, hitting, and serving, as well as training for the all-around player and overall team concepts. This is a great starting point for kids who want to try out volleyball and see if this is the sport for them. All of our fall programs are open to both boys and girls. Note: although we will build to simple match play, this is not a rec league. This program is designed specifically for teaching and training.
