The non-travel training team is for athletes who are unable to travel, just want to train, or are not currently on a travel team.
Sessions are coached by our experienced staff and will focus on all aspects of the game of volleyball, from individual skills and game fundamentals to team systems. Practices are held each week with occasional scrimmage opportunities. Open to both boys and girls.
NO TRYOUT NEEDED
High School group (9th-12th grade)
Training will be weekly beginning on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 and running through April 24, 2024.
Guaranteed practices every Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 (omitting holidays; see exact dates below)
Please arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.
